So, the first leg of Derby to Windsor via central London over with, I wait a couple of hours for Jo and the kids to arrive from Cornwall and we settle for the first night in our new home, which by this stage has the entire contents of both cars in it and is well weighed down. The inside is like a bomb has gone off in it, (it actually takes at least 2-3 days to get vaguely organised.) So far I have only driven through two low trees, and we are set for our trip to Folkstone and beyond. I have also realised that I have left the kids bike hats behind, so a mad dash to Halford secures 2 hats for £10 each and the full compliment of equipment is in place.
